Improvers Weightlifting Session

This drop in weightlifting class is aimed at those who already are familiar with the main weightlifting movements (snatch and clean & jerk) and are looking for an opportunity to work on their technique in a supportive and focused environment. The sessions are guided by a BWL Level 2 coach who will take you through technical and assistance exercises to help improve your snatch or clean & jerk as well as exposure to the lifts themselves.

The sessions typically alternate between snatch and clean & jerk each week. We welcome everyone from intermediate to advanced lifters, these sessions are perfect to complement your training if you already practice the main lifts throughout the week, for example in a CrossFit class. If you would like to find out more please do get in touch using our contact form.
