Personalised programming

A personalised program written for you by head coach and owner Amy Kirby-Saunders.

Personalised programming is bespoke and will be written with your individual needs in mind and updated on a weekly basis via an online spreadsheet. This option is available both for athletes who are able to come into the club to complete all their sessions and also for remote athletes. Technical feedback will be provided either in person at the club or in the form of video feedback for remote athletes. This option is suitable for both intermediate and advanced lifters and frequency of the sessions will be set up to your needs. All programming options include in-competition coaching for all tier 1 competitions and other agreed competitions throughout the year. Club programme

Club program written for those training at Resilience Weightlifting in Bath, suitable for a variety of levels, written by head coach and owner Amy Kirby-Saunders.

The club programme is a 3 or 4 day per week programme written for those who are looking to complete their training in the club in Bath. This is ideal for those who don’t feel they need a personalised programme or are looking for a lower cost programme. As there are a number of athletes in the gym who following this it is also provides an opportunity to train alongside others completing the same sessions as you. All programming options include in-competition coaching for all tier 1 competitions and other agreed competitions throughout the year.
